The Wentworth Group of Concerned Scientists is an environmental charity, which relies on donations from individuals and philanthropic funds to carry out its work.

You can help secure the future of Australia’s land, water and biodiversity today, by becoming a Wentworth Group financial supporter.

Your donations will fund more of our impactful research and policy work.  With your help, we can:

  • Produce groundbreaking scientific reports that help shape real-life policy outcomes to conserve our ecosystems.
  • Work with key organisations and decision makers to find positive solutions for our landscapes and environment.
  • Allow more people to access and use our research through new community engagement programs.
  • Extend our Science Leadership Program and nurture the next generation of scientists, economists and environmental lawyers.

Use the form to make a one-off donation, or support our ongoing work by setting up monthly payments. Donations to the Wentworth Group are tax-deductable. You will receive a tax receipt via email.

If you would like to discuss further opportunities to sponsor the Wentworth Group of Concerned Scientists, please contact our Finance Manager Paula Steyer on +61 2 9251 3811.

The Wentworth Group was originally established with the support of the Purves Environmental Fund.  We have received generous support from the Ian Potter Foundation and the Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network, as well as from individual donors.

The Wentworth Group thanks Baker McKenzie for the provision of pro-bono legal advice.

The Group also gratefully acknowledges the considerable assistance from a range of experts and specialists who donate their time and contribute their expertise to the work of the Group.
