The Wentworth Group would like to honour the passing of one of our emeritus members, Terry Hillman.

Terry was a valued member of the Wentworth Group for ten years from 2013 to 2024, using his expertise in freshwater ecology and river management to make significant contributions towards river reform. His contribution to the work of the Wentworth Group of Concerned Scientists over many years was incalculable. We are grateful for his contributions and will miss him greatly. We extend our thoughts to his wife Celia and family.

We have asked some of our Members to express their thoughts on her passing and believe that for an individual who made such a significant impact on the wider world, these comments from our Members best reflect our sentiments.
